Add the needed views and templates to allow users to update their profiles (including setting bio pic, passwords, etc)

I'm closing this ticket, as the initial version of the edit profile page is there. There is room for improvement (what will happen when an user changes his email, once we add an email verification mechanism to the signup process?) but we can handle that in new tickets when needed.
