Description
The codebase has been stuck for long, no work done there and python2 will soon reach its end-of-life. Also, upgrade all dependencies and components to newer versions.
TODO:
- upgrade to latest pyramid
- clean up and support python3 only
- remove less, nodejs, etc

Imported cleaned up code here: [1/OpenWorkouts-current].
Upgrade to python3 code base and latest pyramid is done already by that big patch. Also, removed the less/nodejs/gulp/etc stuff, imported the resulting main css file, now we will have to unminity that and decide how to handle stylesheets, but that is out of the scope of this ticket.
